More legal problems for Lindsay Lohan, she’s been charged over the theft of a $2500 necklace
Clad in a figure-hugging white hot mini dress, Lohan appeared in Los Angeles
Lohan is accused of stealing the piece from an LA jewellery store in late January, but she’s blaming a stylist for ‘not returning it on time’. Apparently the store has video footage of her doing something dodgey.
Lohan is of course still on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case so she could face more jail time if this gets ugly.
