The restraining order has been downgraded… he can be near her but he just can’t annoy, harass, or stalk her.
He’s still on probation.

Prosecutors say Brown will ask a judge to ease a restraining order barring him from being near his ex-girlfriend in court today.
He’s been made to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna after pleading guilty to bashing her after a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009.
RIHANNA has told her lawyers she’s keen to have the order downgraded!
